BBJ 787 EXPERTISE: Greenpoint Technologies will highlight its capability to take on a VVIP BBJ 787 completion. The completion centre is in discussions with multiple customers and hopes to announce a contract before the end of 2013. This effort reflects the company’s 2013 corporate goal to obtain the knowledge and resource documentation to efficiently price and contract a BBJ 787 completion. Meanwhile, the company’s BBJ 747-8 completion is in full swing, and should be delivered in the first half of 2014. Greenpoint will show its 1/20th-scale VIP BBJ 747-8 model, which it debuted at EBACE 2013. The model incorporates the patented products Aerolift and Aeroloft, for which the company anticipates sales in 2014.
